Frequently asked questions

Who should attend training tracks?


Card and terminal developers, certification and QA engineers, issuing and platform teams, and architects. Tracks scale from intermediate to advanced. Track 1 (EMV) is recommended before Issuing, and Tracks 1–2 before TSM & Tokenization.

What’s the difference between training 
and consultancy?

Training builds durable in-house capability through structured, instructor-led programs. Consultancy accelerates a specific outcome through architecture reviews and hands-on implementation support. Most clients combine the two: enablement to build the core team, consultancy to ship the platform.

How long is each track, and can we run a single module?

EMV: Chip & Contactless runs 3–4 days; Card Issuing & Personalization and TSM, NFC & Tokenization run 3 days each. Every track is modular, so you can run a full track, a single module as a focused workshop, or a custom blend. Durations scale with depth and lab intensity.

How are consultancy engagements scoped?


As fixed-scope assessments (typically 1–3 weeks, with findings and a prioritized roadmap), defined-deliverable project support over a set period, or ongoing retainers with a recurring time allocation and named experts. Embedded-expert and staff-augmentation models are available for delivery pushes.

Do you deliver onsite or remotely?


Both. Onsite is instructor-led at your premises and best for hands-on labs and team cohesion; virtual delivers the same labs through a hosted environment. Compressed bootcamps and single-topic workshops are also available.

Are the labs based on real tools?

Yes. Labs run on the same in-house test tooling, closed-loop NFC/SE reference platform, and reference wallet we use to validate our own products, so participants work with realistic implementation detail, not abstractions.
